Positive Choices for Life was created as an alternative sentencing program for teens who can benefit from practical lessons in injury prevention. The number one killer teens is accidental deaths due to car crashes and overdoses. This class is a two hour class taught by a nurse who worked at a local trauma center, an EMT and recovered patient who sustained a brain injury due to drunk and drugged driving. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child.
